Gotta say that I am a bit disgusted with the Conservative EURO MPs that have ridiculed the NHS this week. Doesn't matter whether you're poor or a well off Euro MP Prat, the NHS will look after you, fix your bones and make you better where possible, and you don't have to pay. So no need to die if you can't afford the hospital bill then.
